Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and tune security products including EDR, XDR, email security, and SIEM.
• Support pre-sales by running product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) setups, and by conducting security architecture reviews alongside the sales team.
• Scope security engagements accurately, including effort estimation, rules of engagement, and technical proposals.
• Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents, and support customers during containment and recovery.
• Assist customers with security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and the technical controls needed for compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Provide post-sales technical support, health checks, and knowledge transfer to customer IT and security teams.
• Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attacker techniques (MITRE ATT&CK), and contribute to internal tooling and methodology improvements.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing, security operations, or security solution deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills, in both English and Arabic.
• Industry certifications are a strong plus but not mandatory: CEH, CPENT, eJPT, OSCP is a strong plus.
