GCE maintenance department is highly-advanced and well-established to provide all the required information about customers and the hardware they operate; we offer a complete package of Hardware and Software support services that include: troubleshooting, repair, on-site and remote services, software support and full site management.
GCE also offers international coverage to all our products through legal partnerships appointing GCE's as a certified service center
Technical Support Department is divided into:
-Software Solutions Department Support: Providing full technical support for Software products as Microsoft, Symantec, Citrix and Red Hat, IBM Software, among Others.
-Communication and Electrical Supplies Support: Offering maintenance services for Power and Networking Solutions.
-Maintenance Department: Responsible for after-sale services and warranty for all Personal Computers and Severs. It also provides consultation services, Pre-Sales officers and follow-up Outsourcing Projects; Teams divided as follows:
